  • Gate Not Opening?

    Make sure the app is downloaded. 


    • If you see "Gate is out of range," check that your phone's Bluetooth is turned ON. 

    • Remember: Payments are due on the 1st of each month. If your payment is late, you'll need to catch up before the app will let you in.
